About Quarry Hill Townhouse Condominiums

Quarry Hill Townhouse Condominiums is a brand new neighborhood located at 337 Mount Support Road in the northern end of Lebanon, New Hampshire bordering nearby Hanover and the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

The community will consist of 40 new townhouse style condominiums in seven buildings on a beautiful 4-acre site with dramatic granite outcroppings and bordered by mature forests. Quarry Hill is an architecturally designed, quality constructed community close to downtown Hanover, the Centerra Business Park and the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. The first three buildings have been completed with the remaining four buildings to follow in the Spring of 2009.

Quarry Hill is being developed by Northpoint Construction Management LLC of Hudson, New Hampshire and its principal members Annmarie Pintal-Turcotte and Gary Thomas. Completing the project at Quarry has been a long time goal of the principal members at Northpoint and they relied heavily on their entire office and field staff to help make it a successful one. Focusing on every detail from the interior to the exterior during the design phase, and then carrying thru to the construction of each building everyone at Northpoint is very pleased and excited with the end result.

From Duncan Clark’s flawless attention to detail and Doug Turchi’s strong CADD and structural engineering abilities really kept the project well rounded. While Peter Gauthier worked out all of the building permits and closed numerous deals with the subcontractors to keep the project affordable. In the Field Curt Guthro, the on-site project superintendant, his hands full with a very aggressive completion date and a lot of ledge to contend with has certainly earned his pay check.
